All the sequencing data is stored on the bds-02.uni.lux server in the "/mnt/data" folder and on the hard disk drive (please refer to Carmen)

Additionally, please check the folder RNA-Seq_data for the processed file which you can use in the script Astro_bulkRNAseq - the name of the file is feature_counts_katja_2022 (it contains samples from comparison project, Katja's microglia and Carmen's neurons)
