During the acquisition of images in the Operetta the same number of Z planes was acquired for every hMO section. These sections were mount in a slide that allows to mount 24 sections per slide. 
Unfortunately in the condition C3, the sectiones were found at different plaes, Therefore the acquisition was done in two steps (upper and lower).
