DEGs were done:
between the PD line and age-gender matched ctrl, ctrl1 in the paper, 18075 in the document title (internal name in the lab)
between the PD line and gene corrected, isogenic ctrl, iCtrl in the paper, RQGC in the document title (internal name in the lab, also RQ18GC)
