Each excel file corresponds to the derivations used. Many wells were used with different drugs, concentrations etc that are not relevant for the paper. Relevant ones, with 10µM ionomycin treatment
were plotted (20220916_1 :D8, D9, D10 ; 20221028_2 g2 g3 g4 ; 20221028_4 d2, d3, d4 ; 20221111_5 d2, d3, d4 ; 20221126 g2, g4, g6). All values were normalized to the timepoint before drug dispense.
